XANADU ON BROADWAY!
THE PRODUCTION (PRODUCT) REEL
As you might have noticed on the XPS’s YouTube page, we managed to get our hands on the original 20 min. production reel and posted on our account, haggard the video and audio quality notwithstanding.
Well, YouTuber RecordCouncil as managed to find an actual film copy of the reel. In pieces. In Australia. Still, he managed to rescue major pieces of this rare film and has posted a video of some of the actual film itself here.
We thank RecordCouncil for rescuing and sharing these with us.
NEW ADDRESS and all...
As if you haven’t noticed by now, the old XPS has moved to a new address at this PO Box called donosdump.com (aka, Don-O’s Dump). To make a long story short, everything Don-O (aka, me) works on and obsesses over will be shuffled under this umbrella address.
Will there be any changes to the ye old Xanadu site?...not much, except the gradual updating of ‘The Xanadu Story’. This section hasn’t been touched since the days before Xanadu rolled on to Broadway, so its updating is far past due! This doesn’t even include the 2008 DVD!!
MORE THAN A SINGLE!
On his ONJ blog, MORE THAN PHYSICAL, DJ Pault has posted a Xanadu rarity: an original 12 inch promo of the XANADU single from France.
While side two has the standard versions of XANADU and ALL OVER THE WORLD, side one is an interesting original cut: it’s a track that edits ALL OVER THE WORLD with ELO’s 1979 hit LAST TRAIN TO LONDON.
This 12 incher is not too dissimilar to the Japan promo that edited DRUM DREAMS to XANADU.

IT'S ONLY A PAPER DOLL...MOON...or something
There's a web site by Japanese ONJ fan Ebisen where he is currently posting paper dolls of Olivia Newton-John through various stages of her career, which includes a few Xanadu related 'dolls'. You can fine the site here. The entire set is amazing! Good luck, have fun and we hope you have enough ink in your printer!

SWING!
In 1981, Xanadu co-producer Joel Silver conceived with record producer Richard Perry a record based on the DANCIN’ number called SWING! Sadly, it came and went without much notice and has been out of print for well over 25 years.
XPS now presents for your downloading and listening pleasure this same swingin’ LP, along with slightly updated liner notes and covers. You can find it HERE!
the 'DU will continue
Even though the NYC shows are over, you can still see the show in US cities like San Diego and Chicago as well as forgien markets like London UK, Seoul, Korea and Tokyo!
We've been told that the original XoB site will be updated to reflect these changes soon.
