XANADU T-SHIRTS
Over a year ago, yours truly made a couple of Xanadu t-shirts and posted the designs on the Xanadu DeviantArt group and, needless to say, they were a hit with fans. Many asked and offered to pay me to transfer these same designs on shirts of own.
Well, to make things less hectic, I’m posting full sized versions of these two designs on the Xanadu DA group so you can download and iron them on yourself. Just make sure you don’t burn your fingers nor your house down.
Have fun and remember where you got them. BTW, I wore the ‘My Muse Has Been Drinking’ shirt at Mardi Gras in New Orleans and it was a bit of a hit!
XANADU IN PODCASTLAND
One of the many many internet activities yours truly (Don-O) is involved in outside of the world of Xanadu is podcasting. I got one satirically called Hour Of Crap, it’s generally a semi-monthly program of what not from my audio collection with my mumbling voice in between blocks of these ‘what not’ of pop culture.
Recently, I posted a second of a threatened Xanadu-themed episode where I play….well, squeeze as much ‘Xanadu’ covers as I can. You can hear/download it from HERE.
BTW, the first Xanadu-themed show is my 2010 Xanadu audio documentary. As this is not longer available as a download through MegaUpLoad, I figured I’d make this the first. You can still hear/download HERE. However, enjoy this while you can as this particular episode will be taken down to make room for another HoC show in late June.

Ever wondered what if Xanadu really DID open just like in the movie? Artist Jason Chalker not only though about it, he made a Grand Opening poster poster just for the occasion!

Xanadu is one of my top "guilty pleasure" movies. What's not to love... rollerskating, leg warmers, Olivia Newton-John, Gene Kelly, a Don Bluth animated sequence and a soundtrack by ELO. This print is my tribute to this wonderful little gem.
